Hobort Shipping & Logistics is seeking the services of organized, proactive, qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of an Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support smooth office operations. The successful candidate will manage office records, files, and documentation. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in administrative or office support. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          Manage office records, files, and documentation

     ii.          Coordinate schedules, meetings, and correspondence

    iii.          Support operations, customer service, and management teams

   iv.          Handle basic data entry and reporting

     v.          Ensure smooth daily office operations

Qualification

       i.          Proven administrative or office support experience

     ii.          Strong organizational and time management skills

    iii.          Good written and verbal communication

   iv.          Proficiency in basic office tools
