Duston Group is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and passionate individuals for the Administrative Assistant position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The role involves handling clerical duties, assisting with communications and supporting the team in daily tasks. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will manage and organize office documentation, correspondence and records.

·       The candidate will be responsible for assisting in scheduling meetings, and appointments and maintaining calendars.

·       The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.

·       The candidate will prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

·       The candidates will be responsible for maintaining office supplies and ensuring the smooth running of office equipment.

·       The candidate must provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Qualification

·       BSc/BA Business Administration or Economics from a recognized institution

·       Minimum work experience of 5 years in a related role

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

·       Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills
