Goli Properties  & Investment Limited is a fully registered and rapidly growing Ghanaian real estate company specialising in residential property development, construction, management, investment, and consultancy. We pride ourselves on professionalism, transparency, and simplifying the land acquisition process for our clients. We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and confidential records
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations and documents
  • Coordinate internal meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Manage office supplies and utilities and ensure the front desk is presentable at all times.
  • Greet visitors, clients and partners in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls and emails promptly.
  • Receive and dispatch deliveries, documents and correspondence effectively.
  • Maintain client and partner databases and ensure records are up to date.
  • Serve as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and assist with event coordination.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or related field
  • Must have at least two (2) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate or a corporate setting.
  • Possess excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Possess Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
