Air Ghana is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Supervisor. The ideal candidate will make reservations and issue tickets whilst providing the highest standard of customer service to both existing and potential customers. The ideal candidate must have experience in Fare Quotes and Reservations. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Qualification

       i.          1^st degree from a recognized University

     ii.          A minimum of six (6) years’ working experience

    iii.          A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the airline industry as a ticketing and reservations supervisor

   iv.          Experience in the use of any trusted PSS/GDS

     v.          Experience in fare quotes and reservations
