The Kranoc Group is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will act as the key link between our company and healthcare professionals, and you will aim to meet sales targets. The goal of the Pharmaceutical Sales Rep is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company’s pharmaceutical and medical products and maximize sales growth. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Requirements
i. The candidate will be assigned to a Zone and a Van, and to manage the open market business within the designated zone.
ii. The candidate will go out to prospect and sell the company's products
iii. The candidate will attend meetings and other training and development programs as may be required
iv. The candidate will study each of the company's products to ensure expert knowledge thereof.
v. The candidate must inform clients about the dosage, benefits, side effects, and contraindications associated with each drug.
vi. The candidate will serve customers by selling pharmaceutical products to medical professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies based on their needs.
vii. The candidate will analyze competitors' performance to safeguard and further promote our position in the market.
Qualification
i. Experience as a Sales Rep within the pharmaceutical industry is a must, with at least 5 years of working experience.
ii. Proven work experience as a Pharmaceutical Rep
iii. Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and the latest medical issues
iv. Knowledge of MS Office
v. Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
vi. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
vii. Strong organizational and time management skills
viii. BS degree in a relevant field
