Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and closing sales to achieve company targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its products/services.

 Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Sales or similar sales role.
  • Qualification – SSSCE
  • Must be 22-27 years
  • Candidates must live in Spintex and its environs
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
