Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Administrative Manager to oversee daily office operations, optimize internal processes, and support business development. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills and be able to ensure smooth business operations aligned with company goals.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and information flow within departments.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Enhance management systems and internal processes for optimal efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure timely inquiry handling and order fulfillment.
  • Improve customer service strategies to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and recommend best practices.
  • Support the development of sales strategies and execution of business growth plans..
  • Lead training, coaching, and staff development initiatives.
  • Support HR functions, including employee policy development and implementation.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities for Excelsior Global.
  • Recommend and integrate technologies to improve workflow and service delivery.
  • Build a strong referral network to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Maintain effective vendor and supplier relationships.
  • Oversee and update personnel, financial, and operational records and databases.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree, HND, or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative or operations management role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
