Three Dreamer Manufacturing Company Limited is seeking the services of qualified and experienced individuals for the position of a HR/Admin Assistant. The primary duty of the successful candidate is to collect and manage all data pertaining to a business’ employees, but they are also involved in the recruiting, hiring, training of new employees and payroll administration. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support for the HR team and manage and update HR databases with different information, such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, and others. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Job Description/Requirements
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
i. Provide administrative support for the HR team
ii. Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
iii. Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off
iv. Help in payroll management, preparation, and payment
v. Prepare, manage, and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
vi. Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information within the allotted time frame
vii. Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
viii. Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages, processing received resumes, and coordinating interview activities
ix. Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
x. Create reports for senior management
xi. Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
Other Responsibilities:
i. Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times and provide information only to those with a need to know.
ii. Follow all relevant health and safety regulations
iii. Any other duties that may be requested by the team lead or management.
Work Relationships
i. Direct Reports: Trainees/Interns
ii. Coordinates with: Branch supervisors and unit supervisors.
Educational Qualification and Experience
i. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences-related subjects.
ii. At least 2 years of experience in the same/similar field.
Required Skills
i. Ability to effectively use computer software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and HR software
ii. Familiarity with labor law
iii. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
iv. Act as a reliable and supportive team member
v. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
