M.J. Asabil Farms is seeking an experienced and dedicated Farm Administrator to oversee farm operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient administration of resources.. The successful candidate will supervise day-to-day farming operations. The ideal candidate must have experience in farm management/administration. MJA Farms is a trusted poultry and agribusiness company in Ghana, delivering hygienic, top-quality eggs, organic manure, and fresh organic vegetables. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities

       i.          Supervise day-to-day farming operations (crops & livestock)

     ii.          Lead and train farm workers in safe practices

    iii.          Manage budgets, procurement & farm records

   iv.          Monitor inventory (seeds, feed, fertilizers)

     v.          Ensure high standards of production & quality

Requirements

       i.          Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field • Experience in farm management/administration

     ii.          Strong leadership, organizational & communication skills

    iii.          Willingness to work onsite full-time in Kumasi

   iv.          A driving license is a plus
