The ideal candidate will maintain employee records and update HR policies. The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant fields as follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for advertising job vacancies and screen resumes
· The candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews and coordinating hiring processes
· The candidate will prepare job offers, contracts and onboarding documents
· The candidate will be responsible for addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace conflicts
· The candidate must promote a positive work environment and company culture
· The candidate will be accountable for handling grievances and disciplinary actions following company policies
· The candidate must ensure the accurate processing of salaries bonuses, and deductions
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field
· Minimum of 2 years in Human Resource Management roles
· Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams
· Proficiency in HR standards and labour law
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good coordination and interpersonal skills
· Effective in executing recruitment and onboarding processes
