POSITION
HEAD OF CORPORATE OPERATIONS AND ADMINISTRATION
Position Summary:
The Head of Corporate Operations and Administration will oversee the foundation's daily operations, human resources, procurement, and administrative functions to ensure efficiency and compliance. The role ensures alignment of operations with the organization's mission and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
i. Manage administrative systems, processes, and policies. Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare.
ii. Ensure organizational compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
iii. Supervise procurement and logistics for programs and events. Develop operational strategies to improve organizational efficiency.
Requirements:
i. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Bachelor of Law, Operations Management, or related field.
ii. 5+ years of experience in operations or administration.
iii. Strong leadership and organizational development skills.
iv. Excellent knowledge of regulatory, financial, and HR practices.
v. Experience with project management tools is an added advantage.
