Ghana Heritage Conservation Trust seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the program officer position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing program activities that enhance natural resource protection, development, and management. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Resource Management, Tourism Management, or other relevant fields. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for developing program activities that enhance the protection, development, and management of resources, be they, natural, cultural, and historical.
· The candidate will assist in fundraising
· The candidate will assist in grant proposal writing
· The candidate will be responsible for enhancing community development through training
· The candidate will be responsible for managing collaborations and networking with stakeholders
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Resource Management, Tourism Management, Business administration or other relevant fields
· A Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage
· Proven work experience as a programs officer
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
