POSITION
PROGRAM MANAGER
Location: Ghana /Africa
Position Summary:
The Program Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of health programs focused on maternal and newborn health. The role ensures the timely and effective delivery of interventions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
i. Lead the development and execution of project workplans.
ii. Monitor program progress and deliverables across project cycles.
iii. Manage field teams and coordinate with implementing partners.
iv. Prepare reports for donors and internal stakeholders.
v. Identify risks and adapt implementation strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
i. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
ii. Minimum 4 years of experience in program management. Knowledge of M&E frameworks and donor-funded project implementation.
iii. Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills. Experience with project management tools is an added advantage.
