Ensol Group Limited is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of an IT & Security Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's information technology infrastructure, systems, and support services to ensure operational efficiency, security, and alignment with business objectives. This role involves leading and implementing technology solutions aimed at maintaining network and system reliability and guaranteed security.
Key Responsibilities
i. Set up and maintain computer networks, ensuring connectivity and security; Configure routers, switches, and firewalls
ii. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with business goals.
iii. Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
iv. Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of hardware/software.
v. Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
vi. Administer and maintain servers, including installation, configuration, and monitoring to ensure optimal efficiency of the systems, particularly the ERP System
vii. Implement and monitor security measures to protect data and systems from cyber threats, viruses, and malware.
viii. Install and update software applications across the organization, ensuring licenses are up to date.
ix. Create and maintain data backup procedures and protocols to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery.
x. Lead or contribute to IT projects, such as system upgrades and software deployments.
xi. Maintain accurate records, technical documentation, and inventories of hardware and software.
xii. Keep up to date with the latest technological trends and industry's best practices.
xiii. Maintain and update the Company's website and social media pages as may be required.
xiv. Assist with the design of job postings and other company designs
Required Qualification & Experience
i. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science from an accredited tertiary institution
ii. Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), CISSP, or similar are required.
iii. Minimum of 5 years' work experience in IT/Security Management
Required Competencies
i. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
ii. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
iii. Proven expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
iv. Experience in graphic design
v. Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships
vi. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, VPNs, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
vii. Familiarity with enterprise software (ERP, CRM), collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, SharePoint), and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks
viii. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
