Rana Motors seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Junior IT Support position. The ideal candidate must have basic computer knowledge and be capable of installing and troubleshooting electronic devices. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate must have basic computer knowledge
· The candidate will install and troubleshoot devices such as printers, scanners, hardware and software.
· The candidate will support the head office in daily tasks and problems.
· The candidate will support installing and troubleshooting network and CCTV systems.
Qualification
· Professional Certificate/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
· Good hardware knowledge
· Basic networking knowledge
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
