Nsoroma GPS is seeking a high-potential graduate to join our technical team as an IT Support Engineer. This role focuses on supporting telematics hardware, troubleshooting systems, and ensuring operational reliability. The successful candidate will develop into a senior technical specialist role over time. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position; 

Responsibilities

       i.          Provide technical support for telematics hardware and systems

     ii.          Assist with device installation, calibration, and maintenance

    iii.          Diagnose and resolve technical and system issues

   iv.          Maintain system reliability and documentation Candidate Profile

     v.          Graduate from a top university (Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field)

   vi.          1-3 years relevant work experience preferred Strong leadership potential, initiative, and accountability

  vii.          Confident communicator with strong presence and discipline

viii.          Technically curious, hands-on, and eager to learn, essential Skill Set ability

   ix.          Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving

     x.          Ability to support hardware installations and technical systems

   xi.          Good analytical and structured thinking skills High attention to detail and reliability

  xii.          Strong work ethic and professional mindset

Travel Requirement: Regular travel within Ghana and occasional international travel required.
