Personnel Practice Limited is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Marketing Assistant(NSS). The ideal candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive sales across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate must be a creative and analytical thinker with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          The candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive sales across digital and traditional channels.

     ii.          The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, following up on leads, converting prospects into customers, and sending proposals for business opportunities.

    iii.          The candidate will assist in creating content and managing social media marketing efforts for products and services.

   iv.          The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners through regular communication and presentations.

Qualification

       i.          Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with strong verbal and written communication skills

     ii.          Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team

    iii.          Active on social media platforms with strong knowledge of each and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite

   iv.          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

     v.          Good interpersonal and coordination skills

   vi.          A keen eye for detail
