Soft Spart Company Limited is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for numerous job openings. The ideal candidate will oversee the execution of fintech projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and optimize processes to drive efficiency and innovation. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will lead the planning, execution and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

·       The candidate will collaborate with product, engineering and IT teams to define project scope, goals and deliverables.

·       The candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, resources, risks and dependencies.

·       The candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication between stakeholders and ensuring transparency and accountability.

·       The candidate will track performance and implement process improvements

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or a related field

·       Minimum of 4 years of proven work experience in project management, preferably in fintech or technology-drive environments

·       Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

·       Experience managing software development projects and working with engineering teams

·       Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills

·       Experience with project management tools

·       PMP or other relevant certifications are an added advantage
