Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic, positive, and organized Sales & Marketing Team Member to join our growing team! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a female professional based in South America who is fluent in both English and Spanish (native-level proficiency required).

 Schedule:

Full-time: 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Monday to Friday

 Responsibilities:

       i.          Handle inbound and outbound communication via calls, emails, and messages

     ii.          Build strong rapport with prospects and clients, with kindness and generosity

    iii.          Write clear, engaging blog posts and messages for marketing campaigns

   iv.          Support sales efforts by managing CRM entries and follow-ups (using Monday.com)

     v.          Use Canva for visual content creation and basic graphic design tasks

   vi.          Collaborate closely with the team to brainstorm ideas and think outside the box

  vii.          Help with campaign execution and digital content distribution

 Ideal Profile Requirements:

       i.          Female candidate residing in South America

     ii.          Native-level fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)

    iii.          Highly organized, intelligent, and a fast learner

   iv.          Excellent writing skills — professional, friendly, and engaging tone

     v.          A naturally positive and energetic communicator

   vi.          Comfortable speaking with clients on calls and building relationships

  vii.          Basic Canva and design skills

viii.          Experience with or ability to quickly learn CRM tools (especially Monday.com)

   ix.          Reliable high-speed internet and uninterrupted power supply (non-negotiable)
