The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services, generating leads and achieving sales targets. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will identify potential customers and generate leads through networking, cold calling and referrals.
· The candidate will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
· The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services to prospective customers.
· The candidate must understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
· The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
· The candidate will negotiate terms and close sales deals
· The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interaction and transactions
Qualification
· HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
· Proven work experience in sales or customer services is preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers
· Strong ability to persuade customers and negotiate
· A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service
· Knowledge of sales techniques, processes and market dynamics
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
