DataBank is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position a Human Resource and Administration Officer. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process and participate in the selection process and also manage and carry out the Firm’s activities pertaining to human resources management and administration. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
· Candidate will assist in the recruitment processes and participate in the selection process
· Candidate will be responsible for coordinating and organizing induction and on-boarding of new employees
· Candidate will coordinate employee exits and ensure accurate communication and documentation
· Candidate will support the various units facilitating the Firm’s performance management process and personal development planning
· Candidate will assist in the implementation of talent management strategies
· Candidate will provide clarification to staff on people practices and policies
· Candidate will maintain up-to-date organizational charts, headcount data, leave, training, turnover and absenteeism statistics and provide regular reports to Leadership.
Qualification
· Bachelors in Business Administration (Specialization in HR), Industrial Psychology
· Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, IHRMP)
· Proven work experience in a similar role
· Good knowledge of the Ghana Labour law
· Hands on experience in and a thorough knowledge of Human Resource procedures
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Ability to manage and resolve conflicts
· Ability to manage change and apply judgement in decision making
