Reports to: Africa Business Transformation Manager
Responsibilities
1. Market Development
· Identify and onboard key partners (e.g., merchants, influencers, and financial institutions).
· Drive awareness of the Network’s services through targeted campaigns.
2. Sales and Revenue Growth
· Develop strategies to boost transactions in Ghana.
· Collaborate with HQ to set and achieve revenue targets.
3. Customer Insights and Feedback
· Act as the liaison between customers and HQ, collecting feedback to refine offerings.
· Monitor competitors to identify opportunities.
4. Regulatory Awareness
· Stay informed about Ghanaian financial regulations and flag potential compliance issues to HQ.
5. Operational Support
· Manage day-to-day activities remotely, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and partnerships.
Candidate Profile
Experience:
· Strong background in marketing, sales, or business development in Ghana.
· Familiarity with fintech or digital services is a plus.
Skills:
· Excellent communication and networking abilities.
· Knowledge of Ghanaian consumer behaviour and market trends.
Tools:
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
