A reputable company dedicate to revolutionizing the telecommunications infrastructure across Africa is seeking qualified and hardworking Finance Manager to join their team and oversee the financial operations of its innovative projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company. The ideal candidate should be a skilled professional with an excellent understanding of financial management and proven experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting with the telecommunications or infrastructure sector. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
· Candidate will develop and manage the company’s financial plans and budgets
· Candidate will be responsible for the financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and project evaluations
· Candidate will prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
· Candidate will supervise daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable and payroll
· Candidate must ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies and industry standards
· Candidate will lead and develop the finance team, foster a culture of professionalism and excellence
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
· A post graduate degree will be an added advantage
· Professional certificate in accounting or finance is required
· A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in financial management, preferably in the telecommunications or infrastructure sector
· Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting and financial analysis
· Strong understanding of financial regulations, controls and best practices
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Excellent understanding in financial management software and tools
