Alisa Hotel is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Driver-Mechanic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating hotel vehicles, including cars, vans, and shuttles, to transport guests and staff to various locations. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for safely operating hotel vehicles, including cars and shuttles, to transport guests and staff to various locations.

·       The candidate must conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and comply with safety standards.

·       The candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fire rotations and fluid checks to keep vehicles operating smoothly.

·       The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical issues and performing necessary repairs on vehicles, including but not limited to engines, brakes, and electrical systems.

·       The candidate must keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repair activities.

·       The candidate will monitor fuel levels and refuel vehicles as needed.

·       The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of vehicles, both interior and exterior

Qualification

·       Exceptional attention to details

·       Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

·       Good time management skills

·       Excellent planning, organisation and multi-tasking abilities

·       Knowledge of vehicle diagnosis and repairs is a must

·       Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license (minimum Class C)

·       Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, menu planning and inventory management

·       A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional service experience
