Duston Group is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Front Desk Officer. The successful candidate will provide professional front desk and administrative support at the Head Office by ensuring efficient handling of visitors, communications, and office coordination activities. The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for clients, staff, vendors, and stakeholders, contributing to a positive corporate image and smooth daily office operations. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Experience and Education
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
· Must have completed National Service.
· Previous experience in front desk operations, customer service, or office administration will be an advantage.
· Familiarity with supporting administrative operations, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record management.
· Knowledge of maintaining the confidentiality of company records, employee information, and sensitive business matters.
