Docs4ghita is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate must be discreet, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with efficiency. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          The candidate will manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

     ii.          The candidate will be responsible for handling correspondence (emails, calls, and letters) and responding on behalf of the employer when appropriate.

    iii.          The candidate will organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents.

   iv.          The candidate will run errands and assist with personal tasks such as shopping, reservations, and household coordination.

     v.          The candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating events or meetings, including logistics and catering.

   vi.          The candidate will liaise with clients, suppliers, and staff on behalf of the employer.

  vii.          The candidate will monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and commitments.

viii.          The candidate will be responsible for performing basic bookkeeping or expense tracking as needed.

Qualification

       i.          Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or similar

     ii.          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    iii.          Good coordination and interpersonal skills

   iv.          Good time-management skills

     v.          High level of discretion and professionalism

   vi.          Tech-savvy

  vii.          Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools

viii.          Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
