Responsibilities
· The candidate will assist with the operation of company services on the computer
· The candidate will do basic bookkeeping and distribute incoming mail
· The candidate will be responsible for arranging meetings and confirming appointments
· The candidate will help organize office activities and maintain the files and records
· The candidate will track office supply inventory
· The candidate will enter company data into the company’s computers
Qualification
· Diploma in Business Administration, Public Relations Management or other relevant fields
· Must have basic computer understanding
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
