Amazing Facts Medical Centre is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Records Officer to manage patient files, ensure confidentiality, and maintain organized health information systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for registering new and returning patients. The successful candidate should have a certificate or diploma in health information management, ICT. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Responsibilities:
i. Register new and returning patients
ii. Maintain updated and organized patient records
iii. Handle data entry and retrieval of medical records
iv. Work closely with clinicians and reception
v. Ensure proper filing, storage, and backup of records
Requirements:
i. Certificate or Diploma in Health Information Management, ICT - Previous experience in a hospital/clinic setting is a plus.
ii. Computer literacy and attention to detail
iii. Good organizational and communication skills
