Pizzaman Chickenman is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Systems Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, ensuring smooth branch operations, and supporting inventory, financial, and operational records across all Pizzaman Chickenman branches. The ideal candidate must have strong Excel and data analysis skills. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Requirements

       i.          Ensure accurate inventory acceptance and validate all incoming stock records.

     ii.          Monitor Bill of Materials (BOM) compliance to control costs and maintain quality.

    iii.          Verify and reconcile petty cash postings in the system.

   iv.          Audit sales and material movement entries for accuracy and completeness

     v.          Investigate discrepancies between system records and physical inventory.

   vi.          Train and support branch staff on system use and data entry standards.

  vii.          Conduct periodic system audits to ensure compliance.

Qualification

      i.          Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

     ii.          Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (F&B/retail/hospitality preferred).

    iii.          Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

   iv.          Integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
