Cedar Medical Diagnosis is seeking the services of qualified, detail-oriented and hardworking individuals for the position of Cashier. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing payments for services provided and issuing receipts to customers. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position of a Cashier. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for providing details on prices and answering related queries

·       The candidate must accurately process payments using appropriate software

·       The candidate will be responsible for processing corporate expenses and preparing bank payments under supervision of the General Manager

·       The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records of all clients

·       The candidate will be responsible for protecting the business by adhering to professional standards, federal and local policies

·       The candidate will be responsible for supporting colleagues in delivering customer-centred care

Qualification

·       1-2 years of proven work experience as a Cashier or similar

·       Good knowledge of accounting systems

·       HND/BSc in a relevant field

·       Team player, focused on the delivery of results, comfortable working to deadlines

·       Numeracy skills

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills

·       Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

·       Ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing

·       Attention to detail

·       Sensitivity to confidential matters

·       Customer services orientation
