Role Overview:
Newgas is seeking the services of a detail-oriented, qualified and hardworking customer services representative to join their team. The ideal candidate is to provide assistance and support to customers who visit the Newgas showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a positive and satisfactory experience with Newgas products or services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Roles and Responsibilities:
· The candidate will respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, policies, or any other queries.
· The candidate will onboard customers and assist with their registration process at the showroom.
· The candidate will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer complaints, concerns, or problems, and work to find solutions that meet the customer's needs.
· The candidate will assist customers with placing orders, tracking, and managing returns or exchanges.
· The candidate will be responsible for offering assistance with technical issues or troubleshooting for products or services that require technical expertise.
· The candidate will be responsible for keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and details to facilitate efficient follow-up and analysis.
· The candidate will communicate with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and other channels approved by Newgas.
· The candidate will be responsible for providing information to customers about product features, promotions, and any changes in policies or procedures.
· The candidate will build positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
· The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
· The candidate must follow Newgas company guidelines and policies while interacting with customers and processing.
Role Requirements:
· Must have at least an HND in Business Admin, or a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Public Relations or Communications Studies.
· Must live in Accra/Tema
· Must have a good interpersonal relationship
· Good communication skills
· Analytical and problem-solving
· A minimum of two years work experience in a similar role
