The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, examining, and analyzing financial reports, statements, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The ideal candidate will prepare, examine, and analyze financial reports, statements, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company regulatory standards
· The candidate will conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting variance analysis
· The candidate will oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
· The candidate will coordinate and support external and internal audits
· The candidate must ensure all financial documentations are accurate and up to date
· The candidate must ensure compliance with local tax regulations and corporate governance requirements
· The candidate will prepare and submit tax filings
· The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
· Proven work experience as an Accountant or a similar role
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, processes and procedures
· Good interpersonal and coordination skills
