Cupcake Boutique is seeking the services of qualified, customer-focused, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Storefront Associate. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Greet and assist customers
ii. Respond to customer inquiries
iii. Process transactions accurately
iv. Maintain store appearance and organization
v. Restock shelves and displays
vi. Work collaboratively with the team
Requirements
i. Excellent customer service skills
ii. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
iii. Basic math skills
iv. Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store
v. Previous retail experience (is a requirement)
