Drone Tec Limited seeks the services of qualified, hardworking and detail-oriented individuals for the Field and Operations Assistant position. The ideal candidate will assist in drone surveying fieldwork, equipment setup and handling data logging and backup of field data. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of land surveying and drone mapping.  The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          The candidate will assist in drone surveying fieldwork and equipment setup

     ii.          The candidate will be responsible for handle data logging and backup of field data

    iii.          The candidate will support administrative work (client proposals, scheduling, quotations)

   iv.          The candidate will be responsible for follow up on client calls, inquiries, and site visits

     v.          The candidate will assist with online marketing efforts and social media content

   vi.          The candidate must ensure gear is organized, charged, and ready before every job.

Qualification

       i.          Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Geomatics, Surveying, Geography, Engineering.

     ii.          Basic knowledge of land surveying, drone mapping, or GIS is a plus

    iii.          Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and good communication

   iv.          Fast learner with a can-do attitude

     v.          Ability to work independently and take initiative

   vi.          Comfortable with social media and basic digital tools (Excel, Google Drive, Canva is a bonus)

  vii.          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

viii.          Excellent time management skills

   ix.          Note: Must be willing to travel outside Accra occasionally for field jobs.
