Anax Technology Limited is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Marketing Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote a company’s products, services, or brand. They work to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads that contribute to sales growth. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Planning

       i.          Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

     ii.          Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends.

    iii.          Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan campaigns.

Campaign Management

       i.          Design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events).

     ii.          Create promotional content such as brochures, ads, and social media posts.

    iii.          Analyze the performance of marketing efforts and optimize campaigns as needed.

Brand Management

       i.          Ensure consistency in branding across all communication materials.

     ii.          Strengthen brand identity through strategic initiatives.

Customer Engagement

       i.          Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

     ii.          Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing efforts.

Digital Marketing

       i.          Manage social media platforms and online content.

     ii.          Utilize SEO, PPC, email marketing, and other digital tools to enhance online presence.

    iii.          Track website analytics and suggest improvements.

Event Coordination

       i.          Plan and manage events, trade shows, and product launches.

     ii.          Coordinate logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-ups.

Reporting

       i.          Provide detailed reports on marketing campaign performance.

     ii.          Offer insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Key Qualifications

       i.          Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

     ii.          Proven experience in a marketing role (e.g., 2+ years).

    iii.          Strong understanding of marketing principles, tools, and platforms.

   iv.          Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

     v.          Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media platforms).

   vi.          Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  vii.          Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

viii.          Strong organizational and time-management skills.
