CHRA is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the Finance and Payroll Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing employee compensation and ensuring timely payments. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for preparing employee compensation to ensure time payments
· The candidate will be responsible for payroll records management
· The candidate will be responsible for preparing payroll reports
· The candidate will make tax calculations
· The candidate must have a good understanding of pay regulations
Qualification
· Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field
· Proven experience as a Finance and payroll officer
· Good coordination and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel
· Good knowledge of finance and payroll principles and processes
