Atlantic Lifesciences Limited, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company is seeking to recruit hardworking and qualified individuals for the position of Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting and reporting. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
· The candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, budgets and forecasts for management review.
· The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of financial data.
· The candidate must ensure timely reconciliation of accounts
· The candidate will assist in financial audits, providing necessary documentation and support
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a similar field
· Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, and CPA are an added advantage
· At least 5 years experience in a similar role
· Extensive knowledge of procurement
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in accounting software, for example, QuickBooks, Sage or SAP and Microsoft Excel
