Echt Solutions Limited is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and experienced individuals for the position of a Finance Manager. The successful candidate must ensure the overall financial health of the company, financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The successful candidate must ensure compliance with Ghanaian tax laws and regulatory requirements. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Job Purpose

Ensure the overall financial health of the company, financial planning, analysis, and reporting. To analyze financial data, manage budgets, develop financial strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations. Provide financial advice to senior management on financial matters and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

       i.          Budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting for the company.

     ii.          Ensure compliance with Ghanaian tax laws and regulatory requirements.

    iii.          Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.

   iv.          Monitor financial transactions and prepare cost analysis reports.

     v.          Manage cash flow and liaise with banks and auditors.

Skills & Experience

       i.          Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

     ii.          Several years of experience in financial management or accounting.

    iii.          Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

   iv.          Proficiency in financial software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

     v.          Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.

   vi.          Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management.
