Movis Logistics is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Chief Finance Officer. The successful candidate will lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic financial leadership, oversees financial planning, reporting, compliance, treasury, and risk management, ensuring profitability, sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and shareholder value.  The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

·       Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital.

·       Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.

·       Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.

·       Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth.

·       Monitor and optimize organizational costs and profitability.

·       Supervise and develop the finance and accounting team.

·       Provide financial analysis and insights for decision-making.

·       Support business performance and long-term sustainability initiatives.

Qualification

·       Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, an MBA is an added advantage.

·       Qualified Member of a recognised accounting body, e.g., ACCA, ICA,CIMA

·       Minimum 8-10 years' experience in Finance and Accounting with a minimum of 5 year experience in a similar role.
