Hire2Retire is seeking qualified and passionate individuals for the position of an IT Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure, including systems, networks and support services. The ideal candidate must be a proactive leader with strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to ensure that IT systems and services support the company’s goals and operations effectively. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

·       Candidate will develop and implement IT strategies and policies aligned with the company’s objectives and technological needs

·       Candidate must ensure the reliability, security and performance of IT systems and networks

·       Candidate will oversee the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software

·       Candidate will develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems

·       Candidate will manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

·       A post-graduate degree or relevant certificates, examples, ITIL, Cisco, CompTIA is an added advantage

·       Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in IT management, with a proven track record of managing IT infrastructure and teams

·       Proven experience in the telecommunication or infrastructure sector is preferred

·       Background in network administration, system management and technical support

·       Good leadership and team management skills

·       Effective communication and interpersonal skills
