AO Holdings is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Finance and Accounts Manager. The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight of the Company's financial management, including reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and compliance, while delivering financial insights, managing risks, overseeing ERP systems and receivables, and driving project costing, financial modelling, and investment appraisal to maximize returns. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Required Skills/ Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification preferred (ACCA, CPA, CIMA).

·       Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

·       Experience in project costing, financial modelling, and investment appraisal.

·       Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced financial analysis tools.

·       Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with sound knowledge of financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

·       Provide strategic leadership for all financial management functions, including reporting, analysis, and overall financial health assessment of the Company.

·       Oversee and continuously improve finance department operations, policies, systems, and team performance.

·       Lead the preparation of periodic financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable reporting standards.

·       Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, aligning resources with strategic objectives.

·       Manage cash flow, funding requirements, and capital structure to optimize liquidity and cost of capital.

·       Deliver financial insights, risk analysis, and performance evaluations to support executive decision-making and business growth.

·       Lead project costing, financial modelling, and investment appraisal to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation.

·       Ensure effective financial systems management, including full utilization of ERP platforms, and strong control over receivables and financial processes.
