A reputable basic school located in Takoradi is seeking the services of an experienced Accounts Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the monthly preparation of bank reconciliation and preparing and managing the revenue and expenditure budget. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. The candidate will be responsible for preparing the monthly bank reconciliation
ii. The candidate must ensure the effective collection of the school fees
iii. The candidate will be responsible for processing staff salaries
iv. The candidate will prepare and submit a monthly revenue and expenditure report
v. Any other job assigned by the head of the finance department
Qualification
i. HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
ii. 3-5 years of working experience
iii. Experience in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
