WACU is seeking to employ hardworking and qualified individuals for the position of a Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of HND/BSc in Engineering/Sciences. The ideal candidate should have an excellent knowledge of Universal Packaging Machines. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· Candidate will calibrate test equipment before work starts
· Candidate will suggest the adaptation of certain processes and procedures that will improve operations
· Candidate will conduct experiment and troubleshoot components to improve productivity
· Candidate will embark on inspections and prepare reports and recommendations after the completion of those inspections.
Qualification
· Minimum of HND/BSc in Engineering/Sciences
· Minimum of 5 years of continuous and prove experience in tomato mix production operations.
· Minimum of 2 years’ of proven experience in any supervisory role
· Good writing and verbal communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Proficiency of Universal Packaging Machines
· Strong report writing and delivery skills
· Readiness to follow Company HSE policy and procedures
