Alt Solutions is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, experienced, energetic, and persuasive individuals for the position of a Marketing Representative. The successful candidate will drive rapid user acquisition by onboarding new customers on the Alt Solutions digital platform. In this role, you will be on the front lines of our growth strategy, introducing our digital financial products to new users and educating them on the benefits of our platform. You will play a key role in expanding our community footprint and ensuring Alt Solutions is the preferred digital credit system in the market. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities

       i.          Drive rapid user acquisition by onboarding new customers onto the Alt Solutions digital platform

     ii.          Conduct live product demonstrations to educate potential users on app features and financial benefits

    iii.          Execute field marketing activations, pop-up events, and community outreach programs to increase brand visibility

   iv.          Gather and report real-time market feedback and customer insights to help refine our marketing strategies.

     v.          Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly user growth targets through proactive sales efforts.

   vi.          Promote Alt Solutions across digital communities and social media to drive brand engagement.

  vii.          Provide basic on-the-spot support to help new users navigate the registration and KYC process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

       i.          Minimum of a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

     ii.          Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain digital technology in simple, relatable terms.

    iii.          High level of tech-savviness and comfort using mobile apps and social media tools.

   iv.          Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

     v.          High energy, resilience, and a positive attitude toward field-based marketing activities.

   vi.          Fluency in English and at least one local language (Twi, Ga, or Ewe).

  vii.          Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups

viii.          Strong time-management skills and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
