Media Gh is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flow of adverts, announcements and other content on the radio. The candidate should have good managerial skills towards administrative duties. The candidate will be responsible for providing scheduling instructions to on-air personalities. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for providing scheduling instructions to on-air personalities.

·       The direct booking of all orders in the AirWatch system

·       The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with station administrator, program managers and marketing team

·       The candidate will develop media packages to exceed revenue goals

·       The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships for effective campaign delivery

·       The candidate will manage campaign execution, troubleshoot broadcast traffic issues and submit reports

·       The candidate will be responsible for performing administrative tasks as needed

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Communications or a related field

·       Knowledge of AirWatch traffic systems

·       Strong multitasking, communication and organizational skills

·       Detail-oriented, goal-driven and adaptable under pressure
