Personnel Practise Limited is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced individual as a Product Trainer for our client in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training. The ideal candidate must have proven ability in technical training, diagnostics, and problem-solving with strong communication and presentation skills. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position.
Job Description
i. Developing and Delivering Training: Designing and conducting technical training and workshops on two and three-wheeler maintenance, diagnostics, and repair. Assessing and Certifying Skills: Evaluating trainees through tests and hands-on sessions, issuing certifications, and recommending further training.
ii. Providing Technical Support: Supporting service teams with complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preparation of technical documentation.
iii. Improving Programs and Ensuring Compliance: Updating training based on feedback and trends while promoting safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
i. Education & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering with 3-5 years' hands-on experience in two- and three-wheeler service and repair.
ii. Technical & Training Skills: Proven ability in technical training, diagnostics, and problem-solving, with strong communication and presentation skills.
iii. Tools & Flexibility: Proficient in MS Office and willing to travel across service centers and workshops.
