Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a National Service Personnel. As a National Service Personnel, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including assisting with customer service, sales support, financial analysis, and general administrative duties. You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent service to our clients. The role will be located in Accra, Ghana.

Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer service orientation and ability to handle customer inquiries and issues
• Basic sales skills and understanding of sales processes
• Knowledge of finance principles and ability to perform financial analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
• Relevant degree or diploma in business, logistics, or a related field
