Talent Forge Africa is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and experienced individuals for the position of an Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have full ownership of day-to-day site and operations management. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
· Full ownership of day-to-day site & operations management
· Technical oversight of mechanical & electrical project delivery
· Process, safety and quality compliance across sites
· Vendor, contractor & supply chain coordination
· Leadership of multi-disciplinary engineering teams

Qualification
· 7+ Years of proven work experience
· Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
· Proven operations management experience
