Cupcake Boutique seeks a qualified, hardworking, experienced Production Manager to lead bakery production, ensure quality, and manage the production team. The successful candidate will plan and manage daily bakery production. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       Plan and manage daily bakery production

·       Lead and supervise the production team

·       Ensure quality, taste, and presentation standards

·       Enforce hygiene, health and safety standards

·       Manage stock, control waste and costs

Requirements

·       Diploma/Degree in Catering, Food Science, or related field

·       3-5 years' bakery experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role

·       Strong knowledge of baking and cake decoration

·       Good leadership, planning, and attention to detail

·       Willing to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
