Tparadise Hotel is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Hotel Manager. The successful candidate should hold a Degree/HND in Marketing/Hospitality Management. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          Manage all aspects of hotel operations

     ii.          Ensure a high level of customer service delivery

    iii.          Hire, train, schedule, and supervise hotel staff to ensure efficient service delivery

   iv.          Monitor budgets, control expenses and prepare financial reports

     v.          Ensure the hotel is well-maintained

   vi.          Oversee procurement and equipment needed for operations

Qualification

       i.          HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management or other relevant fields

     ii.          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    iii.          Good interpersonal and coordination skills

   iv.          A keen eye for detail

     v.          Proficiency in the French language is an added advantage

   vi.          Computer literacy skills is an added advantage
